I. Design Basis
Select ultrafiltration membranes of a certain molecular weight, and through a unique technology, concentrate and separate the plasma after separation by a high-speed tubular centrifuge, removing some water and ash. This concentration system is designed for continuous feeding and continuous discharging. The plasma is first filtered by the pre-treatment system and then enters the membrane system. The plasma is transported by the supply pump to the filtration system configured by the ultrafiltration membrane and then enters the high-pressure pump. The concentration of the plasma is achieved through the pressure increase of the high-pressure pump. The concentrated plasma is sent to the product refrigeration circulation tank for subsequent processing, and the concentrated water is directly discharged.
II. Design Basis
This technology belongs to the field of ultrafiltration membrane concentration of materials. It involves optimizing the traditional plasma membrane treatment process and enhancing the efficiency and lifespan of the membrane. The blood plasma has undergone excellent anticoagulation pretreatment to ensure that there are no clots before it enters the membrane system. The fresh blood from the slaughterhouse, which has been anticoagulated and refrigerated for transportation, must be sent to the ultrafiltration membrane concentration site for the high-speed tubular centrifugation separation of plasma and blood cells. The separated plasma has a relatively light color.

The membrane concentration process is carried out at room temperature and there is no phase change during the concentration process. Under the same conditions, the energy consumption for concentration is much lower.
