Protein fermentation process of Lactobacillus bacteria
The fermentation broth is concentrated through membrane filtration. The concentrated liquid can be filtered using a plate and frame filter or directly used as a calcium supplement in livestock feed; the filtrate from the membrane is combined with the filtrate from the plate and frame filter and undergoes nanofiltration concentration. After standing and crystallization, the crystals are filtered through a filter screen to obtain lactate calcium. The surface liquid can be rinsed with cold water to obtain highly pure solid lactate calcium. The filtrate can be concentrated again and crystallize again. According to the process requirements, the *filtration filtrate can be collected, and *filtration concentration can be carried out again to increase the yield.
The concentrated filtrate obtained from nanofiltration can also be used as an additive for livestock feed.
The advantages of extracting calcium lactate using membrane filtration system:
Carried out at room temperature, with mild conditions and no component degradation, it is particularly suitable for substances that are sensitive to heat.
2. Pure physical filtration, without phase change or qualitative alteration, without damaging the active ingredients;
3. High filtration accuracy, uniform pore size distribution, enabling the purification and concentration of the active components in the fermentation liquid;
4. The system is simple to operate, has a short process, is easy to clean and maintain.
After the fermentation broth is concentrated through a filter membrane, it not only has a smaller volume, a shorter column loading time, and less resin consumption, but also enables the simultaneous recovery of the mycelium, thereby improving production efficiency, the service life of the resin, and the regeneration cycle of the resin.
6. The system is designed for cross-flow operation, without the need to add any auxiliary filters. It will not introduce any new impurities, thus completely solving the problems of contamination and blockage.
7. The system is designed in a modular manner, making it easy to replace the filter materials. An online regeneration cleaning and drainage device is also incorporated to reduce labor intensity and production costs, while enhancing production efficiency.
8. The sanitary materials are made of stainless steel and comply with the QS quality standards.
9. The system is automatically controlled by PLC, reducing labor intensity. The membrane filtration process takes place in a sealed container, enabling clean production.
10. The membrane filtration elements have a large filling area, resulting in a small system footprint. This makes it convenient for technological improvements, expansion or new projects, effectively reducing investment costs and production costs.
