Product Introduction

The ninth-level membrane separation experimental machine can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane elements. It can achieve single-stage filtration, as well as multi-stage continuous simultaneous filtration; it can simultaneously start ceramic membrane filtration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membranes at the same time to complete the clarification filtration of the product solution, stepwise ultrafiltration and nanofiltration concentration desalination, alcohol removal, reverse osmosis concentration. Within the same time period, the product solution can be collected in segments according to molecular weight, and the entire process is continuous and controllable.

Product Features

The ninth-level membrane separation experimental machine can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane elements. It can perform single-stage filtration or multiple-stage continuous simultaneous filtration. 

2. At the same time, ceramic membrane filtration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membranes can be activated simultaneously to complete the clarification and filtration of the product solution, including staged ultrafiltration and nanofiltration for concentration and desalination, alcohol removal, reverse osmosis concentration, and the collection of the product solution in segments according to molecular weight. The entire process is continuous and controllable within the same time period. 

3. The concentrated liquid and the clear liquid are collected separately. 

4. The pressure sensing system is adopted, allowing for the setting of the maximum pressure. In case of overpressure, automatic protection is activated, ensuring a safe and reliable operation during use. 

5. Equipped with a variable frequency control system, it can adjust the pressure and flow rate by varying the frequency. 

6. The organic membrane elements are made with imported membrane components. The types of membrane components included are: one 200nm ceramic membrane element, one 500nm ceramic membrane element, one 100000D ultrafiltration membrane element, one 50000D ultrafiltration membrane element, one 10000D ultrafiltration membrane element, one 5000D ultrafiltration membrane element, one 800D nanofiltration membrane element, one 500D nanofiltration membrane element, one 200D nanofiltration membrane element, and one reverse osmosis membrane element. 

7. The organic membrane components comply with the FDA, 3-A, and USDA hygiene standards. 

8. By precisely configuring the pump's flow range according to the membrane surface flow rate of the sanitary membrane elements, it is possible to ensure that the experimental parameters selected for the equipment can be directly applied to industrial production. 

9. The power supply for the equipment is controlled by two switches. When the low-voltage power is in operation, it can fully ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel. 

10. The membrane housing is designed based on fluid dynamics, ensuring the flow velocity on the membrane surface and guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the test data. 

11. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function, it will automatically shut down in case of overpressure, ensuring safety during use. 

12. Equipped with a temperature control module, it automatically shuts down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the stability of the materials during the experiment; it can set high and low temperature alarms and automatically start or stop; it can also be set with a timed start and stop function. 

13. It can be equipped with other types of organic microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane elements. 

14. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, and there are no welding points in the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment is simple to operate, hygienic, safe and reliable.

1 unit of 316L high-pressure plunger pump, 9 electromagnetic diaphragm pumps, 9 material tanks, 8 SUS316L organic membrane stainless steel membrane assemblies, 1 SUS316L ceramic membrane stainless steel membrane assembly, 1 set of pressure sensors, 1 set of temperature sensors, 9 pressure regulators, equipment brackets, interlocking couplings, various pipes and their connectors, an automatic overpressure protection system, an automatic overtemperature protection system, a frequency conversion control system, and 9 membrane elements.
