The multi-enzyme cascade reactor MDJM-3-3 adopts multi-enzyme multi-stage mixed reaction and organic membrane cross-flow filtration methods. The materials are mixed in the mixing tank and then enter the reaction tank. The equipment is divided into three stages of tubular reactors. The fluid flows through the shell, with baffles inside. The area of the baffles is two-thirds of the cross-sectional area of the reaction tube. There is a tubular heat exchange system inside and an external constant temperature bath is provided to supply cooling and heating media. After the enzyme solution reaction, it can enter the corresponding organic membrane filtration. After the reaction, the liquid flows at high speed on the surface of the organic membrane and provides a certain pressure, allowing small molecules to pass vertically through the membrane surface, while the large molecules are washed away.
The equipment material contact pipelines have no welding points, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable.
2. The power supply of the equipment is controlled by two switches. When the low-voltage power is in operation, it can fully ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel.
3. Three-stage tube-type reaction: The reactor is equipped with baffles, a tube-type heat exchange system, and an external temperature control tank, which provides cooling and heating media. The temperature range is 5 - 50 degrees. The reactor has at least 3 sampling ports. The SL static mixer is used for homogenization.
4. A three-level membrane filtration system is configured for the material recovery of multiple three-stage tubular reactors. Ten types of membrane elements are equipped, including 10KD, 20KD, 30KD, 40KD, 50KD, 60KD, 70KD, 80KD, 90KD, and 100KD each.
5. The control is via a touch screen: You can select the reaction order and the feed pump.
6. Each tubular reactor and membrane filtration unit is equipped with a circulation pump, which can be used for the circulation of reaction materials and the recycling of enzymes.
7. Equipped with 10 storage tanks, each with a volume of 2 liters.
