1. Membrane Elements: The ceramic membrane elements are made from high-precision ceramic membrane elements produced by Bona Company. There is one of each size: 0.4um, 0.2um, and 0.05um. The organic membrane is equipped with imported membrane elements. There is one of each type of organic ultrafiltration membrane element: 50KD, 20KD, 5KD, 3KD, 10KD (two pieces), and 300D (two pieces). The membrane elements comply with the hygiene standards of the US FDA, 3-A, and USDA.
2. The first-stage ceramic membrane pump machine uses a high-flow centrifugal pump and must meet a membrane surface flow rate of 4m/S. The second-stage ultrafiltration membrane and the third-stage nanofiltration membrane pump machines use imported high-pressure piston pumps from the United States, equipped with a frequency control system, which can control the flow and pressure through frequency adjustment. The second and third membranes need to have controllable flow and pressure parameters. When the flow rate changes, the pressure should remain stable without increasing.
3. The primary membrane is equipped with an automatic backwashing system, and the backwashing parameters can be set through a program.
4. The equipment is equipped with flow sensors, which can accurately measure the flow and facilitate material balance calculations.
5. The equipment is equipped with an electronic digital pressure gauge and a pressure sensor with an accuracy of 0.4% FS. It can monitor the pressure before and after the membrane, ensuring the accuracy of the data and overcoming the defect of low accuracy of mechanical pressure gauges.
6. The equipment is equipped with temperature sensors, which can monitor the system temperature and automatically shut down in case of overheating.
7. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function, the machine will automatically stop when overpressure occurs.
8. It can be equipped with other types of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membrane or reverse osmosis membrane elements.
9. The device can disassemble and assemble the membrane modules; microfiltration and ultrafiltration or nanofiltration can be connected in series or used independently through the pipeline switching. The pipeline connection adopts threaded swivel connections.
10. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality. The operation is simple, the environment is clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable. The equipment has an attractive appearance, is easy to operate, and meets the requirements of hygiene standards.
