The three-stage membrane separation filtration system (DMJ60-3) can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements, including organic microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane elements. It can achieve single-stage filtration, or multiple-stage continuous simultaneous filtration; it can simultaneously start ceramic membrane filtration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membranes to complete the clarification filtration of the product solution, including staged ultrafiltration, nanofiltration concentration for desalination, alcohol removal, reverse osmosis concentration; within the same time period, the product solution can be collected in segments according to molecular weight, and the entire process is continuous and controllable; the concentrated liquid and the clear liquid can be collected separately.
All the stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes have excellent quality. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and safe and reliable.
2. The three-level membrane separation filtration system can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane elements.
3. It can achieve single-stage filtration, or it can also perform multi-stage continuous simultaneous filtration.

At the same time, ceramic membrane filtration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membranes can be activated simultaneously to complete the clarification and filtration of the product solution, as well as staged ultrafiltration, nanofiltration concentration for desalination, alcohol removal, and reverse osmosis permeation concentration. During the same period, the product solution can be collected in segments according to molecular weight, and the entire process is continuous and controllable.
5. The concentrated liquid and the clear liquid are collected separately.
6. The reverse osmosis system can be independently controlled for the production of laboratory pure water.
7. By adopting a pressure sensing system, an ideal pressure can be set. In case of overpressure, automatic protection will be activated, ensuring a very safe usage process.
8. Equipped with a variable frequency control system, it can adjust the pressure and flow by varying the frequency.
9. The device is assembled into a skid, with a formalin tank at the bottom, which facilitates movement.
