The secondary membrane separation experimental machine (DMJ60-2) can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements, including organic microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane elements. It can achieve single-stage filtration, as well as multi-stage continuous simultaneous filtration. It can simultaneously start ceramic membrane filtration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membranes to complete the clarification filtration of the product solution, including staged ultrafiltration, nanofiltration concentration for desalination, alcohol removal, reverse osmosis concentration; within the same time period, the product solution can be collected in segments according to molecular weight, and the entire process is continuous and controllable; the concentrated liquid and the clear liquid can be collected separately.
All the stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes have excellent quality. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and safe and reliable.
