1. Main body of the spinning machine
The spinning machine integrates a reactor, a metering pump, a filter, a spinneret and an auxiliary control system. It facilitates the feeding, mixing and dissolution of the casting solution, degassing, and filament extrusion. The operation is intuitive and easy to perform.
2. Setting bath
The curing bath consists of a bath tank, a rapid guide wire component and an associated control system, which completes the spinning and stretching filtration hole replacement of the casting liquid and the formation of the skin layer.
3. Winding Device
The winding device is mainly composed of a wire winding drum, a wire guiding wheel, a counting device, a rinsing tank and an auxiliary control system. It is designed to collect the drawn film fibers, further complete the replacement of the filter pores with the skin layer for shaping, and simultaneously rinse the film fibers.
