The organic hollow membrane small-scale experimental machine can be equipped with various hollow fiber membrane elements (UF, MF) with different molecular weight cutoffs. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, and is employed for process experiments such as material liquid separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization.

Both the inlet and outlet of the membrane element are equipped with switching valves. According to the process requirements, any 1 to 4 membrane modules can be used for experiments.

The power supply of the equipment is controlled by two switches. When the low-voltage power is in operation, it can fully ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel.
The pump machine is equipped with a variable frequency control system, which enables the continuous adjustment of the system's feed flow rate to meet the requirements of the experimental design.
The system is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. It will automatically sound an alarm when the value exceeds the warning limit, and will automatically shut down when it exceeds the dangerous limit, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment during use.
The system is equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection function. If the temperature exceeds the warning value, it will automatically give an alarm; if it exceeds the dangerous value, it will automatically shut down to ensure the safety of the materials and equipment during use.
All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. There are no welding points on the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment's pipelines have excellent quality, the operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable.
Other types of microfiltration and ultrafiltration membrane elements can be replaced.
