The high-pressure flat membrane experimental equipment produced by Wuhan Bona can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, and seawater/brackish water desalination membranes. It is suitable for various membrane testing and research, as well as the filtration of small amounts of materials. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, and is used for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Customized circular or square membrane tanks of different sizes can be provided according to experimental requirements, along with a customized automatic collection system.
Sampling Settings
0s - 3600s can meet the requirements of smaller penetrant volumes and can operate continuously for a long time (more than 30 days). There will be a 5-10 minute error in continuous sampling over a long period of time, which will be eliminated after restarting.
During the interval period, no recording is required but sampling should be carried out continuously.
2. Conductivity
The conductivity meter is equipped with a 10ml beaker and the sampling speed is adjustable within the range of (0.09 - 1.5ml/min).
The conductivity reading is relatively low. The liquid volume is approximately 4 ml.
The range of the conductivity meter is set to 9 units of 0-3000 μs/cm (for testing the penetrant solution) and 2 units of 0-100 ms/cm (for testing the original liquid in the material bucket).
3. Weight
The weighing range of the balance is 0.01 - 300g, with a total of 9 sets.
The balance is equipped with two sets of beakers, 10 ml and 100 ml, which can be switched to meet the requirements of short-term sampling and cumulative sampling weighing.
4. pH
The pH meter has a measurement range of 0 to 14 and is equipped with two sets. It is used to measure the pH value of the raw water in the sample tank.
5. Pressure
Seven pressure sensors, with a range of 0 - 10 MPa.
6. Pump
There are 2 material output pumps, each equipped with 18 pump heads. Two sets of pumps can be selected: automatic mode (both sets of pumps operate sequentially), and the filtrate after testing can be returned to the original material tank. Manual mode (the first pump operates, and when the liquid level of the second set of pumps reaches 90% of the beaker, it automatically starts to discharge back to the material tank). The working parts of the pumps are not exposed and are protected by protective covers.
The quick-insertion method makes disassembly convenient (from the membrane pool to the equipment, the beaker is a capillary tube, and the pump pipeline is a common silicone tube, facilitating the rapid retraction of the pump).
7. Display Screen
The display screen can show in real time the weight and conductivity of the permeate from 9 membrane chambers, the conductivity, pH and temperature of the raw solution, as well as 7 pressures (the pressures at the inlet and outlet of the membrane chambers and the total inlet pressure).
It can record various data and form curves. It can also be connected to a computer and exported via a USB flash drive.
