The high-pressure flat membrane experimental equipment (TYLG-19H) produced by Wuhan Bona can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, and seawater/brackish water desalination membranes. It is suitable for various membrane testing and research, as well as the filtration of small amounts of materials. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, and is used for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Customized circular or square membrane tanks of different sizes can be provided according to experimental requirements.
The equipment is equipped with a data recording system, which can simultaneously record the inlet pressure, outlet pressure and water temperature, and store the data.
2. The power supply adopts leakage protection control and low-voltage power control, which can fully ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
3. The system is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. If the pressure exceeds the dangerous limit, it will automatically shut down to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during use.

5. The pipeline is made of SUS316L stainless steel. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of excellent quality, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The operation is simple, hygienic, safe and reliable.
6. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, and there are no welding points in the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment is easy to operate, clean and hygienic, and safe and reliable.
7. The membrane pool is designed as a rectangle, with a 3-in-2 series configuration. It features a special flow channel and is equipped with a water distributor, ensuring that the pressure and flow at every point of the membrane are stable and consistent.
8. The design is based on fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence in the membrane pool, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the test data.
9. Microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membranes can be installed. They are suitable for membrane testing research and filtration experiments involving small amounts of liquid.
10. Using 5L stainless steel tanks, they can be heated and cooled.
11. The surface of the membrane pool is made of PP material and is equipped with water drainage channels. It is safe, beautiful, easy to operate and maintain, and the membrane pool surface does not accumulate water.
12. The pipe fittings are connected by double flange clamping, and the membrane pool is sealed with double sealing rings.
13. The equipment is equipped with Foma wheels, which facilitate both movement and fixation.
