The high-pressure flat membrane experimental equipment BONA-TYLG-19R adopts cross-flow filtration mode. The material flows at high speed on the surface of the organic membrane and a certain pressure is provided to enable small molecules to pass vertically through the membrane surface, while the large molecules that are retained are washed away. The high-pressure flat membrane experimental equipment produced by Wuhan Bo-na can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, seawater/brackish water desalination membranes, and is suitable for various membrane sheet testing and research, as well as the filtration of small amounts of materials. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Different sized circular or square membrane pools of various sizes can be customized according to experimental requirements.
The membrane pool is designed as a circle, with a 120-degree opening angle. It features a special flow channel and is equipped with a water distributor, which ensures that the pressure and flow at every point of the membrane are stable and consistent.
2. The membrane pool is constructed in a parallel structure, allowing experiments to be conducted using any one or several of the membranes. Different membranes can be installed simultaneously for testing, ensuring the consistency of the feed flow rate and conditions.
3. The design is based on fluid dynamics, ensuring the tangential flow and turbulence in the membrane pool, and guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the test data.
4. Microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membranes can be installed. It is suitable for membrane testing research and filtration experiments involving small amounts of liquid.
5. The pump machine is equipped with a pressure sensing system and a variable frequency control system. It can adjust the pressure and flow rate by variable frequency, set the maximum pressure, and achieve automatic protection against overpressure. The operation process is absolutely safe.
6. A constant pressure control system is adopted. During the testing process, the constant pressure control system can be used to maintain a constant pressure, ensuring that the test pressure remains stable.
7. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function, it will automatically shut down in case of overpressure, ensuring safety during use.
8. Equipped with a temperature control module, it will automatically shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the stability of the materials during the experiment; it can set high and low temperature alarms and automatically start or stop; it can also be set with a timed start and stop function.
9. Pressure and temperature sensors are equipped for the device. It is also equipped with a data transmission system. The device has storage capabilities and a USB drive. Data can be stored to the USB drive by clicking on the screen, and data can also be copied. The device can also be directly connected to a computer for data recording and storage.
10. The power supply of the equipment is controlled by two switches. When the low-voltage power is in operation, it can fully ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel.
11. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, and there are no welding points in the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment is easy to operate, clean and hygienic, and safe and reliable.
