Product Introduction

The high-pressure flat membrane experimental equipment (TYLG-19N) produced by Wuhan Bona can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, and seawater/brackish water desalination membranes. It is suitable for various membrane testing and research, as well as the filtration of small amounts of materials. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, and is used for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Customized circular or square membrane pools of different sizes can be provided according to experimental requirements.

Product Features

The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of excellent quality. The entire equipment's material-contacting pipelines have no welding points. The parts in contact with the materials are SUS316L pipelines; this ensures the equipment's high chemical performance in terms of pressure resistance and solvent resistance. 

2. The feeding pump is made of SUS316L material, featuring high pressure, stable flow, long service life, and the flow and pressure settings can be remembered. It can also be transmitted to a computer, and can be connected to a computer to set and control the pump. The working time of the pump can also be set. 

3. The equipment is equipped with precise pressure regulating valves, allowing for precise pressure adjustment. It is suitable for filtration conditions in microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis. 

4. The membrane pool is designed with a 120-degree opening angle, ensuring that different positions on the membrane surface have the same and sufficient surface flow rate, and it has excellent cross-flow velocity and anti-pollution capabilities. 

5. The design is based on fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence in the membrane pool, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the experimental data. 

6. The main unit is made of high-grade stainless steel, featuring a compact and elegant structure. 

7. The equipment is equipped with pressure and temperature gauges, etc., which facilitate the monitoring of various parameters of the system. It can accurately record all the test data. 

8. The maximum working pressure and temperature can be set. It is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection system, an automatic overtemperature protection system, a flow correction system, and a computer output control system. The operation process is absolutely safe.
