The electrically powered high-pressure flat membrane experimental equipment (TYLG-19E) produced by Wuhan Bona can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, and seawater/brackish water desalination membranes. It is suitable for various membrane testing and research, as well as the filtration of small amounts of materials. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and environmental protection, and is used for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Different-sized circular or square membrane tanks of various sizes can be customized according to experimental requirements.
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of high quality. The equipment's material contact with the pipeline has no welding points at all, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable.
2. The equipment is controlled by two pumps. The microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes can only activate the auxiliary pump, effectively ensuring the different control of flow and pressure during high and low pressure tests.
3. The pump machine is equipped with a pressure sensing system and a variable frequency control system. It can adjust the pressure and flow rate by variable frequency, set the desired pressure, and achieve automatic protection against overpressure. The operation process is extremely safe.
4. The membrane tank is designed as a circle and features a special flow channel, which ensures that the pressure and flow rate at every point of the membrane are stable and consistent.
5. The design is based on fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence in the membrane pool, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the test data.
6. Microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membranes can be installed. It is suitable for membrane testing research and filtration experiments with small amounts of liquid.
7. A 10-liter jacketed material tank is adopted, which can be connected to a high/low temperature circulation device for temperature control.
8. The equipment is equipped with a digital pressure sensor with an accuracy of 0.4% FS. It can accurately record both high-pressure and low-pressure data, ensuring the accuracy of the data and overcoming the defect of low accuracy of mechanical pressure gauges.
9. The membrane pool adopts a 6-membrane pool parallel structure. First, install 3 energized membrane pools. The other three membrane pools are reserved for later use. Any one or several of them can be used for experiments. Different membrane sheets can be installed simultaneously for testing, ensuring the consistency of the feed flow rate and conditions.
10. Equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection system, which will automatically trigger an alarm and shut down the machine when the temperature exceeds the limit.
