This technical solution describes a set of design plans and equipment for clarifying and filtering sugar solution. This system consists of one M61*6 ceramic membrane filtration unit, which is used for clarifying and filtering the solution and obtaining qualified products. This solution is based on the production data of ceramic membranes and is designed by combining our company's years of successful experience in applying membrane filtration technology to various industrial productions, in order to successfully complete the set processing tasks.
During the production process, the membrane will be contaminated by the liquid to be filtered. To restore the filtration performance of the membrane, the equipment needs to undergo in-situ cleaning after each production batch.
1. Mainframe
The system adopts an integrated structure design and a skid-mounted structure. The equipment surface has no hygiene dead corners, which complies with GMP requirements.
② The system is equipped with security filters, which can prevent damage to the membrane core caused by foreign substances mixed in the materials.
③ The system is equipped with various instruments such as flow, pressure, liquid level and temperature sensors, which enable real-time monitoring of parameters, system protection and alarm functions.
④ The system is equipped with an online CIP cleaning system, which enables the system to be cleaned in one operation. The batch cleaning time of the system does not exceed 2 hours (depending on the specific project conditions).
⑤ Except for the sealing components, all the main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2. Membrane elements, membrane modules
The membrane filtration system uses high-quality ceramic membrane elements from Bona. These elements have strong anti-pollution capabilities, stable flux, and are easy to clean.
3. Pumping machine
The feed pump is selected as a high-quality multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump from domestic manufacturers. It uses a frequency converter for startup control to provide pressure and external circulation flow to the membrane module. This pump offers high pressure, small size, and reliable and stable performance.
② The circulating pump adopts a domestically produced high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump. The variable frequency start-up control provides pressure and internal circulation flow (film surface flow rate) for the membrane module. This pump offers large flow capacity, stable and reliable operation, and strong corrosion resistance.
4. Tank body
The system requires one 2000L cleaning solution tank. The pipelines, valves, reserved holes, etc. are designed according to the production and automation control requirements.
5. Seals
Based on the company's long-term engineering experience and the results of pilot tests, the sealing materials for the system pipelines and valves are selected as sanitary-grade VMQ materials, and the sealing components of the membrane module are chosen as PTFE + EPDM, which is resistant to acids and alkalis and can ensure the stability and safety of the system's sealing.
6. Appearance / Appearance of the instrument
The membrane filtration system is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow rate and liquid level sensors, which are matched with on-site pressure and temperature indicating instruments.
7. Anti-rebound System
The membrane filtration system is equipped with an automatic backwashing system, which can perform online automatic backwashing during operation. This ensures the long-term and stable operation of the membrane filtration system, reduces the rate of membrane flux attenuation, extends the service life, and increases the output per batch.
8. System Security
The system monitors all safety-related parameters in real time during operation. Depending on the specific situation, it takes corresponding actions or automatically shuts down for protection, with audible alarms. The alarm information accurately records the location and cause of the fault, and the alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system immediately stops, and when reset, the equipment enters a standby state.
One circulating pump, one feeding pump, one discharge pump, one cleaning tank, two material tanks, one backwashing system, six membrane modules, 366 membrane elements, two flow meters, three pressure transmitters, one temperature transmitter, three level transmitters, two pressure gauges, one control system, two security filters, and several equipment racks, valves, interlocking couplings and their connecting parts.
