Nanofiltration membranes, as the name suggests, are membranes with "nanometer-sized pores". They lie between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis and have a certain retention rate for inorganic salts. Traditional processes such as centrifugal separation, vacuum concentration, multi-effect thin-film evaporation, and freeze concentration have, to varying degrees, restricted the improvement of product quality. At the same time, the product cost cannot be effectively controlled. These processes have gradually been phased out and will be replaced by the new nanofiltration membrane technology.
1. The core membrane elements are made of original imported organic membranes. Different membrane configurations are selected based on the technical requirements and specific needs of users to ensure the retention performance of the membrane elements in different systems, as well as the stability and reliability of the entire membrane system operation.
2. The nanofiltration membrane system of Bonna can simultaneously achieve desalination and concentration of materials under a lower operating pressure. It has a short production cycle, thorough desalination, high product purity, and good quality stability.
3. According to the specific needs of the customers, the permeate from the nanofiltration membrane can be recycled. After professional cleaning, the membrane elements can restore to the ideal performance of the membrane elements, fully realizing the economic efficiency of the membrane equipment.
4. The processing process is always at a normal temperature, and there is no phase change during the process. It has no adverse effect on the effective components of the materials. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of heat-sensitive substances. The product has a high content of effective components and can continue to enter the next process or be directly dried according to the process requirements.
5. The system operates in a fully enclosed pipeline mode. It is made of sanitary-grade stainless steel, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment. It can meet the requirements of GMP or FDA standardized production.
6. Due to the absence of phase change during the system processing and always being at a normal temperature, the energy consumption is low, and the operating cost is also low.
7. The process integration degree is high, the layout is reasonable, and it realizes automatic control. Important process parameters can be monitored online, and the system operation status can be mastered at any time.
