The ceramic membrane filtration system (BNCM19-6-M) is an automatic production equipment. The equipment consists of 6 19-core membrane modules, and each membrane module contains 19 membrane elements. It can be used for the production of processes such as concentration, separation, purification, and clarification of the liquid. This set of equipment can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements ranging from 5nm to 1500nm. The membrane element model is: JDM30-19-4-1200. The main components of this system include the feed pump, circulation pump, ceramic membrane module, backwashing system, control cabinet, system pipelines, circulation tank, cleaning tank, etc.
1. Mainframe
The system adopts an integrated structure design and a skid-mounted structure. The equipment surface has no hygiene dead corners and complies with GMP requirements.
The system is equipped with security filters, which can prevent damage to the membrane core caused by foreign substances mixed in the materials.
The system is equipped with pressure, temperature and other instruments, enabling online monitoring.
The system is equipped with various instruments such as flow, pressure, liquid level and temperature, which enables real-time monitoring of various parameters, system protection and alarm functions.
The system is equipped with a CIP online cleaning system, which enables one-click cleaning of the system. The batch cleaning time of the system does not exceed 2 hours (depending on the specific project conditions).
Except for the sealing components, all the main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
It is protected by automatic argon charging, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. All weld seams are polished, resulting in a smooth and flat surface. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, are clean and hygienic, and are safe and reliable.
2. Membrane elements, membrane modules
The membrane filtration system uses high-quality ceramic membrane elements from Bona. These elements have strong anti-pollution capabilities, stable flux, and are easy to clean.
3. Pump body
The feeding pump is selected as a high-quality multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump from domestic manufacturers. It uses a frequency converter for startup control to provide pressure and external circulation flow to the membrane module. This pump offers high pressure, small size, and reliable and stable performance.
The circulating pump is equipped with a domestically produced high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump. The variable frequency start-up control provides pressure and internal circulation flow (film surface flow rate) for the membrane module. It adopts a double-end face mechanical seal without an oil seal, which ensures no contamination of the material due to seal wear. This pump offers a large flow rate, stable and reliable operation, and strong corrosion resistance.
4. Tank body
The system requires one 600L cleaning solution tank. The design takes into account the needs of production and automatic control, including reserved pipes, valves, and reserved holes.
5. Seals
Based on the company's long-term engineering experience and the results of pilot tests, the sealing materials for the system pipelines and valves are selected as sanitary-grade VMQ materials, and the sealing components of the membrane module are chosen as PTFE + EPDM, which is resistant to acids and alkalis and can ensure the stability and safety of the system's sealing.
6. Safety devices
The system monitors all safety-related parameters in real time during operation. Depending on the specific situation, it takes corresponding actions or automatically shuts down for protection and issues an alarm. The alarm information can accurately record the location and cause of the fault, and the alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system immediately stops, and when reset, the equipment enters a standby state.
7. Self-control process
The system displays real-time information such as working pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, pump operation status, valve opening/closing status, operation mode, operating status, and alarm information; the circulating pump and feed pump are controlled by frequency converters, and the operating frequency can be set and displayed to control the flow of the internal circulating materials and the pressure difference across the membrane, ensuring the membrane filtration requires a membrane surface flow rate of 3-5 m/s. The equipment operation history can be traced, and the data is saved for at least 24 months.
8. Equipment Cleaning
During the production process, the membrane itself can cause contamination, which reduces the membrane flux. To restore the membrane flux, the membrane needs to be cleaned. The system is equipped with a cleaning tank. The cleaning process takes 1-2 hours and depends on the contamination level of the membrane and the conditions of the utility facilities.
One circulating pump, one feeding pump, one sludge discharge pump, six membrane modules, 114 membrane elements, one cleaning tank, two material tanks, one concentrated liquid flowmeter, one clear liquid flowmeter, three pressure sensors, one temperature sensor, three liquid level sensors, one backwashing system, one control system, two security filters, as well as several equipment racks, valves, interlocking couplings and their connecting parts.
