Product Introduction

The microfiltration membrane has an average pore size ranging from 0.02 to 10 micrometers, capable of retaining particles or molecules with a diameter of 0.05 to 10, or high-molecular-weight substances with a molecular weight greater than 1 million. The operating pressure difference is generally between 0.01 and 0.2 MPa. Under the pressure difference, the water (solvent) in the raw liquid passes through the micropores on the membrane and flows to the low-pressure side of the membrane, forming the permeate. Particles larger than the membrane pores are retained, thereby achieving the separation of particles and solvent in the raw liquid. The microfiltration membrane allows large molecules and soluble solids (inorganic salts) to pass through, but will retain suspended matter, bacteria, and substances with high molecular weight colloids. For the microfiltration membrane, its separation mechanism is mainly sieve retention.
