Product Features:
1. Integrated skid-mounted structure, providing all types and sizes of inlet and outlet forms. The main equipment, except for the sealing parts, is made of SS304 stainless steel.
2. The system is equipped with a circulating pump which is a multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, and the filter components are made of SS304 material; the booster pump is started by frequency conversion.
3. The system is manually controlled. Real-time display, feedback and alarm protection are provided for pressure and temperature. When the membrane inlet pressure exceeds the set value (the parameters can be adjusted as needed, for example, ultrafiltration at 0.7 MPa, nanofiltration at 2.5 MPa), the pump will be automatically shut down and an alarm will be triggered.
4. The system is equipped with a heat exchanger, and the temperature of the materials can be controlled by introducing external refrigerant.
5. The ultrafiltration system uses one 8-inch membrane core with a filtration area of 25 square meters. It is mainly used for separating and purifying the material solution, removing large molecular impurities. The filtration speed is fast and the production efficiency is high.
6. Adopt automatic argon gas filling protection, single-sided welding, double-sided forming, all weld seams are polished, smooth and flat, with surface roughness Ra < 1.0 µm. The corner weld seams, external对接 weld seams and the end of the接管 are ground smoothly, the internal weld seams are ground flat and even. The quality of the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline is excellent. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and the equipment is safe and reliable. The equipment support is treated with wire drawing.
