The pilot-scale ceramic membrane filtration system (BONA-GM-M22SA) can be equipped with different pore-sized ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF), and is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, for process experiments such as separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. It can replace traditional processes such as plate-and-frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, and diatomite filtration, and can reduce the amount of activated carbon used during decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency during resin adsorption, and extend the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resins. The adoption of ceramic membrane filtration separation technology has the advantages of fast product filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operating cost and long service life.
The membrane shell is designed based on fluid dynamics, and it precisely conforms to the flow rate range of the membrane surface in industrial production configuration. This ensures that the experimental parameters selected for this equipment can be directly applied to industrial production.
2. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. By setting pressure protection parameters, when the system operating pressure exceeds the preset protection value, the system will automatically trigger a protective interlock action, issue audible and visual alarms, and shut down automatically.
3. Equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection function. Set temperature protection parameters. When the system operating temperature exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically perform a chain protection action, issue audible and visual alarms, and shut down automatically.
4. The system continuously monitors all safety-related parameters during real-time operation. Depending on different situations, it takes corresponding protective actions, issues beeping alarms, and automatically shuts down the machine. It accurately records the alarm information, location, and cause. The alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system immediately stops, and the equipment enters a standby state upon reset.
5. The system automatically controls the working pressure and circulation flow through PLC. It can achieve two filtration modes: constant pressure filtration and constant flow filtration, which can meet the experimental requirements in various situations. It has strong universality and is easy to operate.
6. It is possible to replace with other ceramic membrane elements of the same model but with any different precision.
7. A straight-tube heat exchanger is adopted. The temperature of the materials in the system is controlled by an externally connected circulating cooling water. This ensures the heat exchange area while also preventing any residual materials in the system, meeting the hygiene standards.
8. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. There are no welding points on the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment pipelines have excellent quality, the operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and the equipment is safe and reliable.
9. The equipment is equipped with heavy-duty swivel casters, which facilitate movement while ensuring firm fixation.
