The pilot filtration system of ultrafiltration membrane (BNUF402-2-A) was designed and manufactured by Bonar Company based on its long-term membrane filtration experiments, membrane technology applications, and membrane equipment design experience. It is widely applicable for pilot experiments of laboratory material scales ranging from 50 to 1000L. The minimum circulation volume of this equipment is only 20L, allowing for large-scale and rapid experiments with small amounts of materials. At the same time, the amount of waste liquid during the equipment cleaning process is small, which can reduce secondary pollution to the environment. This equipment adopts a design of two membrane cores connected in series. By replacing with different precision organic membrane elements of the same model, it can achieve different experimental purposes. It is mainly used for concentrating, separating, purifying, clarifying, desalinating, and filtering materials. The filtration speed is fast, the production cycle is short, and the production efficiency is high.
The system is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. It will automatically sound an alarm when the value exceeds the warning limit, and automatically shut down when it exceeds the dangerous limit, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment during use.

4. The equipment is equipped with a Siemens touch screen. It allows for the input of product names, batch numbers, and process parameters. It can also record the start time, process parameters, end time, and alarm records, among other things.
5. The membrane elements are imported, and they comply with the hygiene standards such as those set by the US FDA, USDA, and 3-A.

7. All system components (except for the seals) are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
8. It adopts automatic argon gas filling protection, single-sided welding, double-sided forming, and all weld seams are polished. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of excellent quality, the operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable.
9. The fillet welds, external butt welds and the ends of the接管 (i.e. the pipe connections) should be smoothed out, while the internal welds should be ground to be perfectly flat.
10. The equipment brackets have undergone wire drawing treatment.
