The multi-functional organic membrane pilot filtration equipment (BONA-GM-1818H) features strong anti-fouling ability, easy cleaning, and high pressure resistance. It can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane elements. Through pipeline switching without disassembling the membrane elements, different precision filtration experiments or production can be completed, achieving unified experiments and unified cleaning, which facilitates operational requirements. It is widely applied in multiple cross-sectors such as fermentation, plant extraction, food and beverage, biopharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, environmental protection, etc. for separation and purification.
The system is equipped with a circulating pump which is a multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, and the filter components are made of SS304 material; the booster pump is started by frequency conversion.
2. System is manually controlled. Real-time display and feedback of pressure and temperature are provided, along with alarm and protection functions.
3. The system is equipped with a heat exchanger, and the temperature of the materials can be controlled by introducing external refrigerant.
4. The system uses three 2.5-inch membrane cores to ensure a small circulation volume, enabling the material to be highly concentrated.
