The multi-functional organic membrane pilot equipment (BONA-GM-1818) features strong anti-fouling ability, easy cleaning, and high pressure resistance. It can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration membrane elements. Through pipeline switching, without disassembling the membrane elements, different precision filtration experiments or production can be completed, achieving unified experiments and unified cleaning, which facilitates operational requirements. It is widely applied in multiple cross-disciplinary fields such as fermentation, plant extraction, food and beverage, biopharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, environmental protection, etc., for separation and purification.
1. Membrane elements: Imported membrane elements are used. Optional microfiltration membrane elements, ultrafiltration membrane elements, and nanofiltration membrane elements can be selected. The membrane elements comply with FDA, USDA, and 3-A hygiene standards.
2. Equipped with automatic overpressure protection function, it will automatically shut down in case of overpressure; also equipped with automatic overtemperature protection function, it will automatically shut down in case of overtemperature.
3. It can be equipped with other types of microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes.
4. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality. The operation is simple, the environment is clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable.
