The ceramic membrane filtration system (BNCM19-2-M) is a manual production equipment. The equipment consists of two 19-core membrane modules, and each module contains 19 membrane elements. It can be used for the production of processes such as concentration, separation, purification, and clarification of the liquid. This set of equipment can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements ranging from 5nm to 1500nm. The membrane element model is: BNM30-19-1200. The main components of this system include the feed pump, circulation pump, discharge pump, ceramic membrane module and system pipelines, cleaning tank, etc.
1. Mainframe
The system adopts an integrated structure design and a skid-mounted structure. The equipment surface has no hygiene dead corners, meeting the GMP requirements.
The system is equipped with security filters, which can prevent damage to the membrane core caused by foreign substances mixed in the materials.
The system is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow and other instruments, which can be used for on-site monitoring.
Except for the sealing components, all the main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2. Pump body
The circulating pump is selected as a high-quality domestic SS304 stainless steel centrifugal pump, which ensures the pressure and flow required by the membrane filtration system. This pump operates stably, has reliable performance, strong corrosion resistance, and is convenient for installation and maintenance.
3. Tank body
The system is equipped with 1 cleaning tank. According to the production and automation control requirements, it is designed with reserved pipes, valves, and reserved holes.
4. Membrane modules, membrane elements
After pilot-scale and pilot-scale tests, it has been verified that the membrane filtration system components using Bona high-quality ceramic membrane elements have strong anti-pollution ability, stable flux, and are easy to clean. The equipment can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements ranging from 5nm to 1500nm.
5. Sealing Components
Based on the company's long-term engineering experience and the results of pilot tests, the hard-sealing materials for the system pipelines and valves are selected as EPDM, and the sealing components of the membrane module are chosen as PTFE + EPDM. They are resistant to acids and alkalis, without any debris falling off, and do not cause any pollution to the equipment or products. This ensures the stability and safety of the system's sealing.
6. Safety devices
The system monitors all safety-related parameters in real time during operation. It has a self-protection function and will respond accordingly or automatically shut down for protection based on different situations. It emits a beeping alarm and accurately records the location and cause of any faults. The alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system immediately stops, and the equipment enters a standby state when reset.
