The ceramic membrane filtration system (BNCM19-4-A) is a fully automatic production equipment. The equipment consists of 4 19-core membrane modules, and each membrane module contains 19 membrane elements. It can be used for the production of processes such as concentration, separation, purification, and clarification of the liquid. This set of equipment can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements ranging from 5nm to 1500nm. The model of the membrane elements is BNM30-19-4-1200. The main components of this system include the feed pump, circulation pump, sludge discharge pump, ceramic membrane module, control cabinet, system pipelines, circulation tank, cleaning tank, etc.
1. Mainframe
The system adopts an integrated structure design and a skid-mounted structure. The equipment surface has no hygiene dead corners, meeting the GMP requirements.
The main equipment, except for the sealing components, is made of SS316L stainless steel.
It adopts automatic argon gas protection, single-sided welding, double-sided forming, all weld seams are polished, smooth and flat, with a surface roughness Ra less than 1.0 µm. The corner weld seams, external对接 weld seams and the end of the接管 are ground smoothly, the internal weld seams are ground flat and even. The quality of the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline is excellent. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and safe and reliable.
2. Pump body
The circulating pump is selected as a high-quality SS316 stainless steel centrifugal pump from domestic manufacturers, which ensures the pressure and flow required by the membrane filtration system. This pump operates stably, has reliable performance, strong corrosion resistance, and is convenient for installation and maintenance.
3. Tank body
The system requires one 500L cleaning tank and one 2000L circulation tank. These are designed to meet the production and automation control needs, with reserved pipes, valves, and holes.
4. Membrane modules, membrane elements
After pilot-scale and pilot-scale tests, it has been verified that the membrane filtration system components using Bona high-quality ceramic membrane elements have strong anti-pollution ability, stable flux, and are easy to clean. The equipment can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements ranging from 5nm to 1500nm.
5. Seals
Based on the company's long-term engineering experience and the results of pilot tests, the hard-sealing materials for the system pipelines and valves are selected as PTFE, and the sealing components of the membrane module are chosen as PTFE + EPDM. They are resistant to acids and alkalis, without any debris shedding, and do not cause any pollution to the equipment or products. This ensures the stability and safety of the system's sealing.
6. Control System
The system is equipped with a human-machine-readable Chinese display panel, which can show the actual operation status of the unit. The membrane system operation is monitored and controlled by a touch screen. The control system is equipped with an Ethernet interface, enabling networked monitoring.
The filtration and cleaning processes can both be controlled automatically or manually.
During automatic control, the system automatically adjusts the pressure, and the membrane modules operate simultaneously to complete the working process.
The system can be manually controlled through the touch screen, and it is equipped with various automatic control modes such as operation mode, cleaning mode, and shutdown protection mode.
7. Self-control process
The system displays real-time information such as working pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level of the storage tank, pump operation or stop status, valve opening/closing status, operation mode, operation status, and alarm information; the operating frequency of the circulating pump and the feed pump can be set and displayed. The operation history of the equipment can be traced, and the data is saved for at least 24 months.
8. Safety devices
The system monitors all safety-related parameters in real time during operation. It has a self-protection function and will respond accordingly or automatically shut down for protection based on different situations. It emits a beeping alarm, and the alarm information can accurately record the location and cause of the fault. The alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system immediately stops, and when reset, the equipment enters a standby state.
