Product Introduction

The main components of the manual control diaphragm testing equipment include the feed pump, diaphragm tank, material tank and its control system, etc. The manual control diaphragm testing equipment produced by Wuhan Bonan can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, seawater/brackish water desalination membranes, and is suitable for various membrane testing research, filtration and separation of small amounts of materials, teaching demonstrations, and experimental research. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Different-sized circular or square diaphragm tanks can be customized according to experimental requirements.

Product Features

1. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of high quality. The equipment's material contact with the pipeline has no welding points at all, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable. 

2. The pump machine is equipped with a pressure sensing system and a variable frequency control system. It can adjust the pressure and flow rate by variable frequency, set the desired pressure, and achieve automatic protection against overpressure. The operation process is extremely safe. 

3. The membrane tank is designed as a rectangle with a special flow channel, which ensures that the pressure and flow rate at every point of the membrane are stable and consistent. 

4. The design is based on fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence in the membrane pool, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the test data. 

5. Microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membranes can be installed. It is suitable for membrane testing research and filtration experiments with small amounts of liquid. 

6. A 60L (coil) material tank is adopted, which can be equipped with a temperature control circulation device for temperature regulation. 

7. The equipment is equipped with an electronic digital pressure gauge with an accuracy of 0.4% FS, ensuring the accuracy of the data and overcoming the defect of low accuracy of mechanical pressure gauges. 

8. The membrane tanks adopt a two-in-four-series structure. Two sets of membrane tanks can be measured simultaneously or one set can be measured separately. Different membrane sheets can be installed in each group, and tests can be conducted either in groups or simultaneously to ensure the consistency of the feed flow and conditions.

One high-pressure plunger pump, one pre-filter, eight SUS316L membrane tanks, one set of electronic digital pressure gauges, two sets of mechanical pressure gauges, one set of coil material tanks, two pressure regulating valves, five material control valves, several pipes and their connecting parts, one frame, one overpressure control system, one frequency display control system, and one refrigeration system.
