The ceramic filter element of Wuhan Bona Ceramics is mainly made of high-quality raw materials such as corundum sand, alumina, silicon carbide, cordierite, and quartz. It is formed and sintered at high temperature. The internal structure of the filter element is uniformly filled with a large number of open pores, featuring controllable micropore diameters, high porosity, and uniform pore sizes. This filter element has low resistance during filtration, good permeability, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, resistance to chemical corrosion, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, long service life, high mechanical strength, simple regeneration, and long service period. As a filtering and purification material, it has been widely applied in solid-liquid separation, gas purification, noise reduction water treatment, aeration, etc. in fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
The filtration accuracy is high, and it can be used for precise filtration of various media. The ideal filtration accuracy can reach 0.1 microns, and the filtration efficiency is over 95%.
2. It has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and can be used for filtering in strong acid (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.) and strong alkali (such as sodium hydroxide, etc.) media, as well as various organic solvents.
3. High mechanical strength, suitable for filtering of high-pressure fluids. The ideal working pressure can reach up to 16 MPa.
4. Excellent thermal stability, suitable for filtering high-temperature gases such as flue gas, with a working temperature up to 900℃.
5. Long service life. Depending on the different filtering media, it generally lasts from 6 months to 3 years.
6. The operation is convenient, it can run continuously, the reverse blowing gap period is long, the reverse blowing time is short, and it is easy for automated operation.
7. The cleaning condition is excellent. The porous ceramic itself has no odor, is non-toxic, and does not have any foreign substances falling off. It can be used for filtering sterile media. The filter can be sterilized by high-temperature steam.
