★ Special Enzyme: Contains special proteolytic enzymes, which can remove protein-based organic substances.
★ pH buffering system: An effective buffering system can be used within the pH range of 8.0 to 8.6, and it has better compatibility with the membrane.
★ Appearance and Solubility: Usually in the form of a powder, it is soluble in water.
★ Foaming property: Foam may be produced during use.
◎ Cleaning agent preparation: Mix with water at a temperature of 35 to 45 degrees Celsius, with a concentration of 0.5‰ to 1‰ (0.5g/L to 1g/L). It is strictly prohibited to dissolve directly in water above 50 degrees Celsius.
◎ Dissolution state: No obvious insoluble particles. (Slight turbidity is a normal phenomenon. Use the clear liquid obtained after filtration through filter paper.)
◎ Cleaning method: Drain the filtered liquid, rinse with pure water until there is almost no foam, then add the membrane cleaning agent solution and perform a cycle of cleaning.
Recommended cleaning pressure: 0.1 - 0.2 MPa.
◎ Recommended cleaning temperature: 40 - 45℃
◎ Recommended cleaning time: 30 - 60 minutes
◎ Rinse: After the membrane is washed with the membrane cleaning agent, remove the membrane cleaning agent; rinse with pure water until the membrane cleaning agent is basically removed; then, cycle-wash with 0.5‰ (0.5g/L) sodium hydroxide solution for 30 to 40 minutes and remove it; finally, rinse with pure water until the pH of the circulating liquid and the trans-passing clear liquid is close to neutral.
