Product Introduction

Electrodialysis operates with an electric field as the driving force. It utilizes the selective permeability of ion-exchange membranes to cause the directional migration of anions and cations, thereby achieving the removal or concentration of salts in the aqueous solution. 

The bipolar membrane can conduct electrolysis of water online, generating H+ and OH- and producing corresponding acids and bases through the reaction of materials. This enables the process of converting salts into acids or bases.


Product Features

High efficiency and energy saving: No external reagent addition, high-performance homogeneous membrane, large ion exchange capacity, high transfer efficiency, stable and reliable quality. Under the action of an electric field, salt transfer and concentration are directly completed, and the acid-base preparation electrodialysis technology is more than 80% energy-efficient compared to traditional evaporation processes. 

Operation is simple: only material transfer and power supply settings are involved. The operation is straightforward, with low labor intensity. It has strong repeatability and can achieve automated and continuous production. Through a single process, it can directly achieve desalination of neutral materials, salt concentration, and the preparation of organic acids or organic bases from organic salts. 

Environmentally friendly and pollution-free: Electro-dialysis does not add any external substances. The bipolar membrane can electrolyze water online, generating H+ and OH- and forming corresponding acids and bases with the materials, enabling the reaction of converting salts into acids or bases.
