Product Introduction

Organic hollow fiber membranes are a new type of highly efficient separation membranes. They have a fibrous shape and are self-supporting membranes. They are made from organic materials such as polysulfone and dimethylacetamide through special processing, and are formed into fiber strands with hollow inner cavities. 

The hollow fiber membranes produced by our company have an advanced honeycomb-like sponge structure at the microscopic level. The membrane pores exhibit a gradient change. Compared with the traditional finger-like pore structure, they are stronger and have better anti-pollution capabilities. They are made of hydrophilic modified polyethersulfone material, which makes the hollow fiber membranes highly hydrophilic, with higher unit area flux, and also possess excellent heat resistance, strong chemical stability, good chemical cleaning tolerance and outstanding acid and alkali resistance.

The hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane modules and devices can be classified into three aspects in industrial applications: concentration, separation of small molecule solutes, and classification of large molecule solvents. They are widely used in water quality purification treatment, for removing bacteria, viruses, suspended solids, microorganisms, large molecule organic substances, colloids, heat sources, etc. from the water.
