Silicon carbide ceramic membranes are a type of inorganic membranes and belong to the solid membrane materials in membrane separation technology. These silicon carbide ceramic membranes are produced by firing at temperatures above 2000℃. The surface of the particles is smooth and round. There are no closed pores or channels in the support layer and each layer. They are usually composed of three layers with different pore diameters (porous support layer, transition layer and separation layer), distributed asymmetrically. The pore diameters are 0.04μm, 0.1μm, 0.5μm, 1μm and 3μm.
Extremely strong chemical stability, does not react with any chemical agents
Solid-liquid separation under strong acid, strong alkali and strong corrosive conditions, and it can be cleaned with any organic solvent, which is convenient for cleaning and can restore the initial flux of the membrane under any conditions.

It can operate stably under high temperature conditions.
3. High open porosity and large flow rate
Compared with conventional tubular membranes under the same conditions, this equipment has a higher degree of integration, a smaller footprint, lower energy consumption and lower investment.
4. The membrane has high bonding strength and excellent wear resistance.
Its service life can last for over 10 years.
5. Extremely strong hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties
It has excellent oil-water separation performance. When the effluent quality of the membrane meets the national standards, the flow rate of the channel can reach 300L/m2*h.
