The tubular ceramic membrane is a precise ceramic filtering material with a porous structure, which is formed by sintering alumina, titanium oxide, zirconia, etc. at a high temperature of 1700℃. The porous support layer, transition layer and microporous membrane layer are distributed asymmetrically. The filtration accuracy covers microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration. Ceramic membrane filtration is a "cross-flow filtration" type of fluid separation process: The raw liquid flows at high speed inside the membrane tube. Under the pressure drive, the clear and clarified filtrate containing small molecule components penetrates outward along the direction perpendicular to it through the membrane, while the turbid and concentrated liquid containing large molecule components is retained by the membrane, thereby achieving the purpose of separation, concentration and purification of the fluid.
