The main components of the automatic control diaphragm testing system include the feed pump, diaphragm tank, material tank and its control system, etc. The automatic control diaphragm testing system produced by Wuhan Bonan can be equipped with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, seawater/brackish water desalination membranes, and is suitable for various diaphragm testing research, filtration and separation of small amounts of materials, teaching demonstrations, and experimental research. It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. Different-sized circular or square diaphragm tanks can be customized according to experimental requirements.
1. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of excellent quality. The entire equipment's material-contacting pipelines have no welding points, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The operation is simple, clean, hygienic, and safe.
2. The pump machine adopts a pressure sensing system and a variable frequency control system. It can adjust the pressure and flow rate by variable frequency, set the ideal pressure, and achieve automatic protection against overpressure. The usage process is very safe.
3. The membrane tank is designed as a square shape, with a special flow channel design, and equipped with a water distributor, which can ensure the stable and consistent pressure and flow at every point of the membrane sheet.
4. It is designed based on fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence of the membrane tank, ensuring the reliability and stability of the test data.
5. It can be installed with microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, or reverse osmosis membranes.
6. It uses a 20L material tank, which can be connected to a high and low temperature circulation device for temperature control.
7. The equipment is equipped with an electronic digital pressure gauge with an accuracy of 0.4% FS. It can accurately record the test high and low pressure data, ensuring the accuracy of the data, and overcoming the defect of low accuracy of mechanical pressure gauges. The pressure gauge can be directly connected to a computer for data recording.
8. The membrane tank adopts a two-series two-membrane structure, which can simultaneously install different membrane sheets for simultaneous testing, ensuring the consistency of the feed flow and state.
9. Online testing of inlet water temperature, inlet water pressure, concentrated water pressure, inlet water conductivity, produced water conductivity, produced water flow, concentrated water flow, water tank pH, etc. The measurement items require the data to be transmitted to the matching computer system, and the calculation software in the computer completes the conversion; it can achieve unmanned monitoring and automatic operation.
