The rotating cross-flow filtration experimental equipment is a new type of membrane filtration device. By enabling the membrane module to operate dynamically, it can alleviate membrane fouling. Structurally, it is achieved by using a rotatable hollow shaft to drive the discs fixed on the shaft to rotate, forming a certain membrane surface flow rate through a centrifugal motion on the membrane surface. Utilizing the centrifugal force, hydraulic shear force generated by the rotational motion, as well as the intense turbulence of the filtrate, it can efficiently remove the filter layer on the membrane surface, eliminate the extremely poor concentration on the membrane surface, and simultaneously reduce salt crystallization, scaling, gel layer and organic matter pollution. This greatly extends the chemical cleaning cycle of the filter membrane, and the system does not require high flow rate and high pressure, thus significantly saving energy.
