The ceramic membrane small-scale experimental machine BONA-GM-21 adopts the cross-flow filtration method. The material flows at high speed on the surface of the ceramic membrane and a certain pressure is provided to enable small molecules to pass vertically through the membrane surface, while the large molecules that are retained are washed away. This device is a small-scale ceramic membrane experimental machine, mainly used for process experiments such as clarification, filtration, concentration, separation, purification, and desalination of liquid materials in the laboratory.
1. Membrane element: Utilizes high-quality ceramic membrane elements from Bona. These elements have passed the tests of GB4086.4-2016 and GB/T26572-2011, and are widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
2. The membrane elements can be replaced to adjust their accuracy.
3. The system is equipped with a clear liquid flowmeter, and the clear liquid flow rate can be directly read.
4. The membrane housing is designed based on fluid dynamics, ensuring the flow velocity on the membrane surface and guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the test data.
5. The flow rate of the circulating pump can be adjusted continuously, and it is equipped with intelligent digital display (in percentage, which can meet the requirements of different experimental conditions and membrane surface flow rates;
6. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. The pressure alarm and shutdown parameters can be set. In case of overpressure, it will automatically trigger an alarm and shut down to ensure safety during use.
7. Equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection function. It can automatically detect and alarm for both high and low temperatures, and the shutdown parameters can be set. It will automatically alarm and shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the stability of the materials during the experiment.
8. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment and pipelines are of excellent quality. All stainless steel welds are protected by automatic argon gas filling, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. This ensures the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment supports are treated with wire drawing/ polishing. The corner welds, external对接 welds and the ends of the connecting pipes are ground to be smooth and flat. There are no hygiene dead corners on the equipment surface, making it clean, hygienic and safe.
9. Equipped with foot pads and handles, it is lightweight and easy to move.
