Product Introduction

The multi-functional membrane separation experimental machine BONA-GM-27 adopts cross-flow filtration mode. It enables the material to flow at high speed on the membrane surface and provides certain pressure, allowing small molecule substances to pass through the membrane surface vertically while the retained large molecule substances are washed away. Therefore, this multi-functional membrane separation experimental machine has the following features: 


The membrane separation experiment was conducted in a cross-flow filtration mode. In this mode, concentration polarization and membrane surface contamination are less likely to occur on the membrane surface, the filtration rate decays slowly, and ultra-long-term filtration experiments can be achieved. 


Membrane separation processes can be carried out at room temperature, making them particularly suitable for experiments involving heat-sensitive substances. 


The separation process involves no phase change and can achieve experimental goals such as purification, desalination, decolorization, alcohol removal, and concentration of water/alcohol-based liquid materials. 


The experimental machine is easy to operate, simple to control and maintain by oneself, and the experimental parameters obtained can be directly applied to large-scale production. 


The filtrate obtained through filtration is clear and transparent, with good product quality and stable process. 


It is widely applied in the fields of medicine, food, biological products, health care products, blood products, enzyme preparations, cosmetics, etc.


Product Features

It is equipped with a frequency conversion control system, and the flow rate of the circulating pump can be adjusted steplessly to meet the requirements of different experimental conditions and membrane surface flow rates. 


2. System tolerance: The system can tolerate water-based, methanol-based, and ethanol-based materials for testing. 


3. Membrane elements: Imported membrane elements are adopted, meeting the standards of the US FDA, USDA, and 3-A sanitary grade. 


4. Other types of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane elements can be installed. 


5. Configuring the pump's flow range precisely in accordance with the membrane surface flow velocity of the sanitary-grade membrane element can ensure that the experimental parameters selected for this equipment can be directly applied to industrial production. 


6. The membrane housing is designed based on fluid dynamics to fully ensure the flow velocity on the membrane surface and guarantee the stability and reliability of the test data. 


7. It is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. The pressure alarm and shutdown parameters can be set. It will automatically alarm and shut down when overpressure occurs, ensuring the safety during the usage process. 


8. It is equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection function. The parameters for high and low temperature automatic alarm and shutdown can be set. In case of over-temperature, it will automatically alarm and shut down to ensure the stability of the materials during the experiment. 


9. Stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon gas shielded welding, with single-sided welding and double-sided formation. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment and pipelines are of excellent quality, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and hygiene-grade performance. 


10. The equipment support undergoes wire drawing / polishing treatment. The fillet welds, external butt welds and the ends of the connecting pipes are ground smooth and flush. The surface of the equipment has no hygiene dead corners, is clean and hygienic, and is safe and reliable. 


11. The equipment is equipped with heavy-duty swivel casters, which facilitate movement and ensure firm fixation.

One feed pump, one set of pressure sensor, one set of temperature sensor, one jacketed material tank, three pressure regulating valves, two organic membrane elements, one ceramic membrane element, equipment support, interlocking couplings, several pipes and their connectors, one set of overpressure automatic protection system, and one set of overtemperature automatic protection system.
