The organic membrane small-scale experimental machine BONA-GM-18C adopts the cross-flow filtration method. The material flows at high speed on the surface of the organic membrane and a certain pressure is provided to enable small molecules to pass through the membrane surface vertically, while the large molecules that are retained are washed away.
1. System tolerance: The system can be subjected to tests using aqueous solutions and methanol/ethanol-based materials.
2. Membrane Elements: Utilize imported membrane elements that comply with the FDA, USDA, and 3-A hygiene standards. The pump's flow range is precisely configured according to the membrane surface flow rate of hygiene-level membrane elements, ensuring that the experimental parameters selected for this equipment can be directly applied to industrial production.
3. The membrane housing is designed based on fluid dynamics, ensuring the flow rate on the membrane surface and guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the test data. The flow rate of the circulating pump can be adjusted continuously, meeting the requirements of different experimental conditions and membrane surface flow rates.
4. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. The pressure alarm and shutdown parameters can be set. In case of overpressure, it will automatically trigger an alarm and shut down to ensure safety during use.
5. Equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection function. It can automatically detect and alarm for both high and low temperatures, and the shutdown parameters can be set. It will automatically alarm and shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the stability of the materials during the experiment.
6. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. There are no welding points on the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment pipelines have excellent quality, the operation is simple, clean and hygienic, and the equipment is safe and reliable.
