The MBR small-scale experimental system BONA-MBR-18 adopts the cross-flow filtration method. The materials flow at high speed on the surface of the ceramic membrane, and a certain pressure is provided to enable small molecules to pass vertically through the membrane surface, while the large-molecule materials that are retained are washed away. This device is an MBR system and is mainly used for process experiments such as clarification, filtration, concentration, separation, purification, and desalination of liquid materials in the laboratory.
The membrane separation experiment was conducted using the counter-flow filtration method. There was no significant concentration polarization or membrane fouling on the membrane surface, and the filtration rate decay was slow, enabling long-term filtration experiments to be carried out.
2. The membrane separation process can be carried out at normal temperature, making it particularly suitable for experiments involving heat-sensitive substances.
3. The separation process does not involve phase change, and it can achieve experimental purposes such as separation and purification of water/alcohol-based liquid mixtures, desalination, decolorization, alcohol removal, and concentration.

8. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality.
9. The system is equipped with an automatic backwashing system, which can perform regular backwashing on the membrane elements to prevent blockage and increase the filtration capacity.
10. The membrane support of the raw water tank for the equipment is made of PP material, and the pipe joints are made of PP or Teflon material. The water tank of the equipment is 4 cm higher than the top of the membrane.
