The ceramic membrane separation experimental machine (BONA-GM-22) can be equipped with different pore-sized ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF). It is widely used in fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, for process experiments such as separation, purification, clarification, and sterilization of liquid materials. It can replace traditional processes such as plate-and-frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, and diatomite filtration. It can reduce the amount of activated carbon used for decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency during resin adsorption, and extend the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resins. The ceramic membrane filtration and separation technology has the advantages of fast product filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operating cost, and long service life.
The experimental machine is manufactured in an integrated manner. The equipment is easy to operate and is equipped with casters for convenient movement. The surface of the equipment has no hygiene dead corners, meeting the GMP requirements.
2. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, smooth and flat. The operation is simple, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance performance.
3. The equipment brackets undergo wire drawing/ polishing treatment. The corner welds, external butt welds and the ends of the connecting pipes are ground to be smooth and flush.
4. The pump machine is equipped with an automatic over-temperature protection function, which enables it to automatically shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the absolute safety of the experimental materials and equipment.
5. It can be equipped with other precision ceramic membrane components (ranging from 20nm to 1400nm).
6. The membrane elements have been tested in accordance with GB4086.4-2016 and GB/T26572-2011.
7. The membrane shell is protected by automatic argon filling. It is single-sided welded and double-sided formed, ensuring safety and hygiene.
The ceramic membranes based on inorganic materials science have the following advantages over separation media such as plate and frame, centrifuges, diatomaceous earth and polymer membranes:
