1. Using imported membrane elements, the model of the membrane element is: one SG reverse osmosis membrane element. The membrane element complies with the FDA, USDA, and 3-A hygiene standards. It can also be replaced with other types of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane elements.
2. By precisely configuring the pump's flow range based on the membrane surface flow rate of the sanitary membrane elements, it is possible to ensure that the experimental parameters selected for the equipment can be directly applied to industrial production.
3. The membrane housing is designed based on fluid dynamics, ensuring the flow velocity on the membrane surface and guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the test data.
4. The power supply of the equipment is controlled by two switches. When the low-voltage power is in operation, it can fully ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel.
5. Equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function, it will automatically shut down in case of overpressure, ensuring safety during use.
6. Equipped with a temperature control module, it will automatically shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the stability of the materials during the experiment; it can set high and low temperature alarms and automatically start or stop; it can also be set with a timed start and stop function.
7. Dual-pump control is adopted. The pump unit is equipped with a pressure sensing and frequency conversion control system, which enables the adjustment of pressure and flow rate through frequency control, ensuring the stability of pressure and flow during use.
8. Under low-pressure filtration conditions, only the auxiliary pump needs to be activated. The microfiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane can also be operated with only the auxiliary pump activated, effectively ensuring the different control of flow and pressure during high and low pressure tests.
9. The equipment is equipped with pressure and temperature sensors. It is also equipped with a data transmission system. The device has storage capabilities and a USB drive. Data can be stored to the USB drive by clicking on the screen, and data can also be copied. The device can also be directly connected to a computer for data recording and storage.
10. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline have excellent quality, and there are no welding points in the pipelines in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
