Product Introduction

The organic membrane separation experimental machine (BONA-GM-18H-2) developed and produced by Wuhan Bona can be equipped with various types of organic membrane elements such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis. It is widely used in fields like biology, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and environmental protection, for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, sterilization, desalination, solvent removal, etc. The selected experimental parameters of this equipment can be directly scaled up for pilot and industrial production. Product Features

The equipment is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection function. In case of overpressure, it will automatically shut down to ensure safety during use. 

2. Equipped with temperature protection function. In case of high temperature, the machine will automatically shut down; in case of low temperature, it will automatically start. 

3. Equipped with a temperature control module, it will automatically shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the stability of the materials during the experiment; it can also set high and low temperature alarms and automatically start or stop. 

4. It can be equipped with other types of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membrane, and reverse osmosis membrane elements. 

5. The equipment is equipped with pressure and temperature sensors, and the digital display screen shows the pressure and temperature. 

6. All stainless steel welding is carried out using automatic argon gas protection, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming. There are no welding points in the pipes in contact with the materials, ensuring the equipment's pressure resistance and corrosion resistance properties. 

7. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment and pipelines have excellent quality. The operation is simple, the environment is clean and hygienic, and it is safe and reliable. 

8. The power supply of the equipment is controlled by frequency conversion, which can fully ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel. 

9. Membrane Elements: Utilize imported membrane elements. The model of the membrane elements is determined based on the filtration requirements. The membrane elements comply with the FDA, USDA, and 3-A hygiene standards of the United States. 

10. The membrane housing, based on fluid dynamics, can ensure the flow velocity of the membrane surface, ensuring the safety of the experiment and the reliability and stability of the test data. 

11. By precisely configuring the pump's flow range according to the membrane surface flow rate of the sanitary membrane elements, it is possible to ensure that the experimental parameters selected for this equipment can be directly applied to industrial production. 

12. The thickened membrane housing design enables the installation of various membrane cores such as microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, and nanofiltration membranes, making it suitable for small-scale separation experiments.


Basic configuration
